Regarding the processing of personal data

This privacy notice has been prepared in order to enlighten the users regarding the personal data processing activities carried out by Listnivo Teknoloji ve Bilişim A.Ş. ("Listnivo") through the mobile application named Listnivo and the websites of Listnivo (together "Platform") within the scope of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, to inform them about the purposes and legal grounds for which their personal data can be processed by Listnivo and to whom and for what purposes they can be transferred.  

1. Categories of processed data and legal ground and purpose of personal data processing

Your collected personal data may be processed for the following purposes and legal grounds and within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Article 5 of the Law.

  • Carrying out the necessary work by our business units and executing the relevant business processes for you to benefit from the products and services offered through the Platform

  • Interaction with other profiles on the Platform through comments/likes/sharing etc.
  • Tracking the content of other profiles on the Platform
  • Providing you with the relevant products and services within the scope of the permissions you have given for the platform through your device*

Data processing is necessary for our legitimate interests as the data controller, provided that this processing shall not violate fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject

  • Carrying out the marketing processes of our products and services, including profiling and analysis activities, recommending and promoting them by customizing them according to your likes, usage habits and needs,
  • Sending commercial electronic messages such as advertisements, promotions, etc,

*In this context, Listnivo obtains permissions through various functions and processes your personal data in line with these permissions. Our purposes that we realize in line with the permissions obtained through the Platform are listed below:

2. To whom and for what purpose the processed personal data may be transferred

Based on the legal ground that it is expressly provided for by the laws and that it is mandatory for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligation;

  • Fulfillment of our regulatory obligations,

Service Providers (3rd party service providers such as support organizations, external service providers, information technology infrastructure companies, law offices, lawyers, investors, translation offices, consulting companies, independent audit companies, cargo/courier/distribution companies, surveillance/audit/archive companies, etc. from which we receive services in order to provide our services and carry out our activities)

Based on the legal ground that it is necessary to process your data for our legitimate interest, provided that this processing shall not violate fundamental rights and freedoms;

3. Method of collecting personal data

Your personal data are collected electronically through the website, Platform, call center, electronic forms and e-mail channels in the electronic environment and through your postal submissions in the physical environment within the scope of fulfilling the above-mentioned purposes.

4. Rights of the data subject listed in Article 11 of the law

We inform you that you have the following rights regarding your personal data in accordance with Article 11 of the Law:  

  • Learn whether your personal data is being processed,
  • Request information if your personal data has been processed,
  • To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
  • To know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
  • To request rectification of your personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing and to request notification of the transaction made within this scope to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
  • Although it has been processed in accordance with the provisions of the Law and other relevant laws, to request the erasure or destruction of your personal data in the event that the reasons requiring its processing disappear and to request notification of the transaction made within this scope to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,  
  • To object to the occurrence of a result against you by analyzing your processed data exclusively through automated systems,
  • To request compensation for damages in case you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of your personal data.

You can submit your requests within the scope of the Law to Listnivo by filling out the Personal Data Data Subject Application Form published on the listnivo.com website in full by the following methods.  

You can send it to Muallı̇mköy Mah. Denı̇z Cad. Muallı̇mköy T.G.B. 1. Etap Sı̇tesı̇ 1.1.C1 Block No: 143/8 Inner Door No: Z01 Gebze / Kocaelı̇ by mail, registered mail with return receipt requested or through a notary public.  

By sending an e-mail to info@listnivo.com using your personal e-mail address with a secure electronic signature or mobile signature or the e-mail address you used to register in our system;

Listnivo will finalize the request free of charge as soon as possible and within 30 (thirty) days at the latest. However, if the transaction also incurs a cost, you may be asked to pay the fee in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board by Listnivo.
