Regarding the processing of personal data
This privacy notice has been prepared in order to enlighten the users regarding the personal data processing activities carried out by Listnivo Teknoloji ve Bilişim A.Ş. ("Listnivo") through the mobile application named Listnivo and the websites of Listnivo (together "Platform") within the scope of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, to inform them about the purposes and legal grounds for which their personal data can be processed by Listnivo and to whom and for what purposes they can be transferred.
1. Categories of processed data and legal ground and purpose of personal data processing
Your collected personal data may be processed for the following purposes and legal grounds and within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Article 5 of the Law.

- Providing you with the relevant products and services within the scope of the permissions you have given for the platform through your device*
Data processing is necessary for our legitimate interests as the data controller, provided that this processing shall not violate fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject

3. Method of collecting personal data
Your personal data are collected electronically through the website, Platform, call center, electronic forms and e-mail channels in the electronic environment and through your postal submissions in the physical environment within the scope of fulfilling the above-mentioned purposes.
4. Rights of the data subject listed in Article 11 of the law
We inform you that you have the following rights regarding your personal data in accordance with Article 11 of the Law:
- Learn whether your personal data is being processed,
- Request information if your personal data has been processed,
- To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
- To know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
- To request rectification of your personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing and to request notification of the transaction made within this scope to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
- Although it has been processed in accordance with the provisions of the Law and other relevant laws, to request the erasure or destruction of your personal data in the event that the reasons requiring its processing disappear and to request notification of the transaction made within this scope to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
- To object to the occurrence of a result against you by analyzing your processed data exclusively through automated systems,
- To request compensation for damages in case you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of your personal data.
You can submit your requests within the scope of the Law to Listnivo by filling out the Personal Data Data Subject Application Form published on the listnivo.com website in full by the following methods.

By sending an e-mail to info@listnivo.com using your personal e-mail address with a secure electronic signature or mobile signature or the e-mail address you used to register in our system;
Listnivo will finalize the request free of charge as soon as possible and within 30 (thirty) days at the latest. However, if the transaction also incurs a cost, you may be asked to pay the fee in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board by Listnivo.
